Tyrha M. Lindsey-Warren

Managing Director

Co-owner of L.A.I. Communications with 14 years experience in creating strategic communications, with a specialty in the multicultural (i.e. African America, Hispanic, Asian) arena.

Ms. Lindsey-Warren is passionate about her work and has led the creation of award winning national public relations and promotional campaigns for The Kroger Company, CURLS, LLC., American Diabetes Association, and Johnson Products. Ms. Lindsey is responsible for new client development and cultivation; project management of client projects and campaigns from idea generation to roll-out and completion; media relations, pitching, copywriting, spokesperson work, employee/vendor cultivation and management, event planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for the agency and its clients. She also develops multi-channel marketing initiatives for clients that promote awareness and lead to customer retention. Ms. Lindsey-Warren is an active board member for Iris House, Jazz Forum Arts and for numerous social issues on local and national levels. She is an accomplished Jazz singer and married to Sidney Warren.

Mr. Phillips’ passion for design and strong creative solutions have helped position the studio as a lead creative resource for regional and national clients. Mr. Phillips has a strong belief that great design solutions result from the integration of a well-defined strategy and creative implementation of the brand. This success is achieved through the efforts of a dynamic team of individuals working together to enable the client’s vision.

With fifteen years in the industry and an active member of the Cincinnati design community, Mr. Phillips is the recipient of awards from the Art Director’s Club of Cincinnati, AIGA and The American Institute of Graphic Arts. Mr. Phillips’ role is to lead the creative team to ensure that your strategic objectives are met, and that projects are delivered on time and on budget. He also develops multi-channel marketing initiatives for clients that promote awareness and lead to customer retention.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Sidney L. Warren is the Managing Director of New Business Development and Sponsorships for L.A.I. Communications. With over 17 years of experience building and leading efficient and profitable business operations in branded concepts, from TCBY and the NFL to Mrs. Fields and Quiznos, Mr. Warren is an unparalleled enthusiastic, resourceful, compassionate, and visionary business leader who is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts as well as develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. Mr. Warren is a proven, focused, and experienced entrepreneur with a track record in managing and growing global brands in order to maintain and improve profitability as well as encourage return customers and facilitate business growth. He is also known industry wide as having demonstrated the ability to critically evaluate and respond to rapidly evolving operations in the Food & Beverage, Data Retail Management, and Concept Development arenas for traditional and non-traditional retail environments and venues. Leveraging this experience, in his role at L.A.I. Communications, Mr. Warren leads the company’s strategy in identifying new business opportunities for the agency and its clients. From strategic alliances to philanthropic collaborations, Mr. Warren is a master at negotiations as well as bringing partners together to create win-win solutions. Mr. Warren is very active in his community and the Catholic Church. He is also married to Tyrha M. Lindsey-Warren.

   
Elizabeth Espy

Elizabeth Espy

MANAGING DIRECTOR, SPECIAL EVENTS


Elizabeth Espy is the Managing Director for special events of all sizes. Prior to joining L.A.I., Ms. Espy founded Events by Elizabeth, a boutique event planning firm. Her clients have included Teach for America, Morehouse College, Paradigm Asset Management, Ambassador Andrew Young and GoodWorks International and many other corporations. For ten years, Ms. Espy worked as a Senior Executive Producer at Kestrel Communications, a television production agency in Atlanta where she earned rave reviews and applause for her work. At Kestrel, she was responsible for the creative development of television programs and corporate videos in all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. Some of her award-winning productions included the NFL Players Rookie Premiere, The Story of East Lake, for which she won two EMMY Awards, Celebrating the First Tee, and an informational DVD on Cancer used for corporate fundraising for the Emory Hospital Winship Cancer Center. Ms. Espy also received the Pioneer Black Journalists Award for two years in Individual Talent-Writer, Segment, and Series Producer Category. Elizabeth Espy graduated from Spelman College with a BA in English and received her Master’s Degree from Northwestern University. She is the National Secretary for the Girl Friends, Inc., and holds membership in the Buckhead-Cascade Chapter of the Links, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She has served on the board of The Center for Children & Young Adults and as the National Secretary for the Jack and Jill of American Foundation. Her volunteer work includes Obama for America, M. Agnes Jones Elementary School mentor, Coretta Scott King Youth Academy Mentor, and Tutoring at Parkside Elementary School. Ms. Espy is a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ and in her spare time she enjoys reading a good mystery and trying new recipes.

Carolyn loves developing and implementing strategic public relations and marketing initiatives for accounts in the beauty, corporate, consumer, entertainment, non-profit and lifestyle industries. A brand architect and media strategist, Carolyn has executed PR campaigns and event publicity for such brands as Tylenol, Visa, BET Networks, Swizz Beatz and Bronx Charter School for the Arts, Yahoo!, Apsley Bespoke Tailors of London U.S Launch hosted by NBA’s Allan Houston, Cold-EEZE, Maytag and the 2009 Legends & Legacy: A Salute to 100 Years of Change: NBA Legends Awards Ceremony and Fundraising Gala for the NY State Conference of the NAACP, among others. She has a knack for transforming clients’ brand messaging and objectives into measurable opportunities and results. Carolyn holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Kathleen Delva is a public relations professional that works diligently to attain the maximum exposure for her clients. As a professional working in PR and Special Events, she has worked with clients such as Verizon Wireless, BET, CURLS, Russell Simmons ART for Life, and The Future Project, increasing their presence amongst their targeted audiences and creating experiences that media have successfully covered.

Kathleen is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University holding a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, with a Concentration in Public Relations. She is currently in pursuit of becoming the best version of herself!
